		<description>What&#039;s interesting, though, is that as you become more aware of your bias/thought process, I believe it influences how you interact with others--in a positive way--sometimes just by being more open to the possibility of doing something or seeing something in a different light.

Personally, I think that the main value in identifying your bias is not in communication with others, but in considering your own thought process (but, then, I&#039;m an introvert). That is, I think it&#039;s a good reality check against ego - a reminder that not everyone will see this the same way as I do.</description>
